Ventilation Fans
Inline, exhaust and centrifugal fans for residential, commercial and industrial ventilation.
Ventilation Fans UAE
9 VENTS inline duct fans: TT mixed-flow two-speed fans in 100, 125 and 150 mm for short runs, and VKMz centrifugal fans in galvanised casings from 100 to 315 mm for longer ducts and higher static pressure. Airflow and power are listed on each product page; prices are quoted on request.

Ventilation fan buying guide
Choose an extract or supply fan in three steps: calculate the airflow the space needs, choose a duct diameter that carries it at an acceptable velocity, then choose a fan that delivers that airflow at the static pressure of your duct run. The duct / CFM calculator does the first two steps.
Airflow by room type
Multiply room volume by air changes per hour: about 6 for bedrooms and offices, 8 for living rooms and shops, 10 for bathrooms, 15 for domestic kitchens and 15–30 for commercial kitchens and gyms (check municipality and Civil Defence requirements for regulated spaces). A 2.5 × 2 × 2.8 m bathroom at 10 ACH needs about 140 m³/h; a 100 mm fan is the usual choice.
TT or VKMz
| Series | Sizes | Max airflow | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| VENTS TT (mixed-flow) | 100 / 125 / 150 mm | 187 / 280 / 520 m³/h | Short, simple runs; bathrooms, small kitchens; two-speed; lowest cost |
| VENTS VKMz (centrifugal) | 100–315 mm | 250–1,540 m³/h | Longer runs, filters, grilles; offices, shops, small warehouses |
'Max airflow' is at zero static pressure; a real installation with a few metres of duct, a bend and a grille delivers roughly 60–75% of it, so allow margin. Full worked examples in the ventilation fan size guide.
Installation notes
- Match the duct diameter to the fan spigot — never neck down.
- Use rigid duct where possible; keep flexible duct short and taut.
- Provide a make-up air path; an extract fan needs replacement air.
- Fit a backdraught damper on external outlets to keep hot air out when the fan is off.

Why no prices on VENTS fans?
Stock and pricing vary; WhatsApp the model for a current quote.
Mixed-flow or centrifugal?
Mixed-flow (TT) for short straight runs; centrifugal (VKMz) where there is duct length, filters or grilles adding resistance.
Do you sell ducting and grilles?
Not in the online catalogue; they can be sourced with your fan order.
