Air curtain buying guide for the UAE
An air curtain blows a sheet of air across an open doorway so conditioned air stays in while heat, dust, humidity and insects stay out. In the UAE, where the temperature difference across a shop door can exceed 20 °C in summer, a correctly sized unit reduces AC load noticeably and lets the door stay open for customers.

Sensor or remote
Both switch on automatically when the door opens. The sensor + remote version adds a handheld remote for manual operation and speed control, useful where staff want the unit running continuously during peak hours. The difference is AED 15.
Mounting height
Nanyoo FM units are rated for 2.3–3.0 m mounting height. Mount as close to the door head as possible with the deflector angled slightly outward. Above 3 m a higher-velocity unit is needed — ask us. See the installation height guide.
Specifications
Air volume ranges from 1,480 m³/h (0.9 m) to 3,480 m³/h (2.0 m) at about 10.5 m/s outlet velocity; the 0.9 m unit is rated ≤45 dB and draws 100 W. Aluminium casing, adjustable deflector, 220–240 V 50 Hz. Specification tables are on each product page and summarised in the Nanyoo buying guide.

Which air curtain for a standard shop door?
A 0.9 m or 1.2 m Nanyoo sensor unit covers most single shop doors in the UAE.
Are these heated?
No — ambient units, which is what the UAE climate requires.
Can one unit cover a double door?
Yes up to 2.0 m; wider entrances need two units side by side.
How high can I mount it?
2.3–3 m. Higher doors need a higher-velocity unit — contact us.
Do you deliver to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?
Yes, to all seven Emirates.
Is installation included?
No; a competent electrician can install, and BOTANVÈ can refer installers.
