Refund Policy

7-day returns

Eligible unused items in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, subject to inspection and the exclusions below. Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

What can't be returned

• Refrigerant cylinders that have been opened, connected, used, damaged, had a seal broken, or are otherwise not in factory-sealed returnable condition. Transport and handling restrictions may also apply.
• Cut copper tubing or piping sold to length
• Custom or special-order items
• Items showing signs of installation or use

How to request a return

WhatsApp us at +971 50 814 6571 with your invoice number and reason for return. Do not ship or transport a refrigerant cylinder back without return authorization and handling instructions from BOTANVÈ. We will confirm the return method and any applicable collection arrangements before the item is sent.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
