Trade programme FAQs
Who can join the BOTANVÈ Trade programme?
HVAC technicians, AC maintenance companies, MEP contractors, facilities-management companies, property developers and other businesses that buy HVAC-R products regularly in the UAE. A valid UAE trade licence is required.
Does a trade account include credit terms?
Credit facilities are not offered by default. Orders are paid online, by bank transfer or by card on delivery. Payment terms for established accounts are agreed case by case and confirmed in writing.
How is trade pricing decided?
Volume-based pricing is quoted per order or per project based on quantity and product category. We do not publish a fixed trade discount; send your typical monthly requirement and we will quote accordingly.
Can BOTANVÈ hold stock or source special items for our projects?
For recurring requirements we can plan stock and sourcing ahead of your programme. Non-catalogue items are sourced through our import/export trading arm — lead times are confirmed before you commit.
Do you deliver to sites in all Emirates?
Yes, to all seven Emirates. Delivery timing and charges for project orders are confirmed on the quotation.
