How BOTANVÈ bulk quotations work
- Send your list. Upload a BOQ (PDF/Excel), paste model numbers, or attach nameplate photos.
- We check stock and compatibility. Our team confirms each line item, flags substitutes where a model is discontinued, and identifies items that need overseas sourcing.
- You receive one consolidated quotation with unit pricing, availability and delivery to your Emirate.
- Order and delivery. Pay online, by bank transfer or by card on delivery (subject to order size); we schedule delivery around your site programme.

Bulk quotation FAQs
What should I include in my BOQ or model list?
Brand and exact model number where you have it (for example Copeland ZR42K3E-TFD-522, R410A 11.3 kg cylinder, Nanyoo FM-1210X), quantity, delivery Emirate and your required-by date. If you only have a nameplate photo, upload that and we will identify the part.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Most BOQs are quoted on the next business day. Large multi-category BOQs or items that need overseas sourcing can take 2–5 business days; we will tell you the expected timing when we confirm receipt.
Do you deliver project orders across the UAE?
Yes. BOTANVÈ delivers to all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery timing and charges for bulk orders are quoted per project.
Can you source products that are not on botanve.co?
Yes. Alongside the online catalogue, Botanvè FZC LLC operates an import/export trading arm and can source HVAC-R equipment, spares and building materials from overseas manufacturers for larger projects.
Which file types can I upload?
PDF, Excel (.xls/.xlsx), CSV and images (JPG, PNG, WEBP) up to 8 MB. Files are sent securely to our quotations team and are not published anywhere.
Is there a minimum order for a bulk quotation?
No fixed minimum. Bulk pricing depends on the product category and quantity; send your list and we will quote the best available price for that volume.
